Our email provider Mailchimp helps us facilitate the newsletter we send to you. In the process, it collects information related to the deliverability of emails and other communications for the purpose of improving the content and operation of its services, and to facilitate research and analysis. Mailchimp may transfer, store or process your personal data to its servers in the United States lawfully based on its compliance with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. We may also be required to share your personal data with enforcement or court authorities to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or agents.
