Minting an NFT is how our digital art of 1 million images becomes a part of the blockchain – a public ledger that is unchangeable and tamper-proof. Similar to the way that metal coins are minted and added into circulation, NFTs are also tokens that get “minted” once they are created.

We are working with trusted online platforms like Cardano for our project, where we upload all our NFT images and auction them.

After a trybe collage is finished and minted, it goes into an online auction for a set time period. We set a minimum price of $1M and hope the auction will go as high as $10M. There are precedents for similar type of art projects, like Beeple's $69M NFT auction.

After the auction is completed, WeTryBetter is going to distribute 100% of the net proceeds and donate to our list of charities.

We will collate all 1 mio images into a 1,000 x 1,000 large canvas. As a preview, this image here is an example of a collage just of the 301 beach clean ups.
